I am currently reading this great book my friend Annie suggested. I love reading but do not have the patience to pick up a book and find out if it is good. Lucky for me I have friends who seem to find really good books and then pass them along to me. I have yet to be disappointed.

that is so funny that you left a comment because I called you this afternoon. I miss you too PDX sis! The book is about the life of girls in China. The progression is from childhood,to secret sisters, to footbinding, matchmaking, marriage and children and then on to life in the maother in-laws home. I am captivated by it. I got it from the library. Do you have a blog?
